Victor Mandan
My friend Victor is member of the
Mandan tribe and is enrolled in the Three Afilliated Tribes
in New Town, ND.
Victor has been singing since he was a young boy.
He fills in a the Chute Rooster when I'm off and. He also performs
at the Crazy Horse Monument. Victor, who takes his native hereitage,
tradition and history seriously is a much sought after ceremonial drummer.
